Visit Sama at the new location in Goleta/ SB... doors open February 2012 !

Namaste dear friends !

Come visit Sama Ayurveda at the new location 5276 Hollister Avenue, Suite #456 at the corner of Patterson in the Hollister Professional Building, off of Hwy 101. Sama is nestled beween Santa Barbara and Goleta conveniently located to serve the working professionals.

Doors open February 2012!

I'm looking forward to providing ayurvedic education and wellness services to the local community residents and businesses to help relieve anxiety, stress and insomnia, and provide relaxation and beauty services. I'm currently putting together a WORKPLACE WELLNESS package good for your pocketbook, well-being, vitality and productivity. If you have any suggestions, please contact me: samabeauty@gmail.com.

Digestion Tips

  • Eat your main meal midday when agni is strongest, eat lighter at night, and avoid eating after 7pm.

    Don't eat when angry, sad or upset.

    Sit down when you eat. Don't eat too fast nor too slow.

    Chewing fennel seeds after a meal aids digestion.
